Najma Sanai

Najma Sanai is an experienced psychotherapist and counselor with a Master's degree in Psychotherapy and Counseling, and advanced training in psychological counseling. She is also a certified facilitator for parenting and couples' relationship enhancement workshops. Alongside her counseling career, she has worked as a freelance interior designer for several years. Najma is an Associate Facilitator for the 'Conflict Resolution Program' and Culture of Peace at Henri Martyn Institute, Hyderabad.

She has conducted workshops for staff, teachers, students, and administration on various topics, including Child Safety and Classroom Management, for various schools and organizations. Najma is a co-founder of MAP (Mediators & Peacebuilders), an organization that conducts workshops in parenting, interfaith, and relationship enhancement. She is also a trainer of trainees, facilitator, and workshop leader for STEP (Systematic Training for Effective Parenting) and PAIRS (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills).

Najma has contributed weekly articles on parenting for The Times of India, Hyderabad Times edition from 2005 to 2009. She has trained as a facilitator to conduct conflict resolution and peacebuilding workshops for adults and children and has devised and led them effectively in different settings. She partnered with the NGO 'My Choices' to train Peacemakers who work against domestic violence. Najma also volunteered for MLT (Muslim Leaders of Tomorrow) Hyderabad chapter.

Arshia Naaz Ahmed Ayub

Arshia Naaz Ahmed Ayub is an experienced counselor with over 20 years of experience, specializing in conflict transformation, peace education, parenting, and couples' relationship enhancement. She has undergone training in psychological counseling and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Arshia is a trustee of the PM Foundation and has partnered with various NGOs to train peacemakers working against domestic violence. She conducts workshops on various topics, including Child Safety and Classroom Management, for different organizations and MNCs. 

Arshia has a Masters in Psychotherapy and Psychological Counselling and Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counseling Skills (Basic and Advanced) from Essential Medical Services [EMS], Hyderabad. She has also completed a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University College for Women, Koty, Hyderabad, in 1990. Arshia is a certified facilitator for 'STEP'® (Systematic Training in Effective Parenting skills) and 'PAIRS'® (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills), KAYA and SAFESPORT, both from the USA.

She is an Associate Facilitator for the 'Conflict Transformation Program' and 'Culture of Peace' [COP] School Program at Henry Martyn Institute: International Centre for Research, Interfaith Relations, and Reconciliation, Hyderabad. She has been featured in weekly articles in Times of India Newspaper on parenting from 2005 to 2009.

Afroze Fatima

Ms. Afroze Fatima Has a Degree in Psychology, a B.Ed in Special Education and Advanced Certification in Counseling skills. She has worked as an educationalist, trainer and psychological counselor for the past 15 years.

Has served in senior leadership positions in educational institutes. (Headmistress at Azaan International School, Center-head at Birla Open Minds Preschool) Is on the Advisory Board at Pearls Academy School, Aurangabad.

Has conducted sessions on various topics for parents, teachers, students and education management in schools and universities. Is a counselor with a private practice and conducts online sessions for clients who seek self-growth and healing.

Has collaborated with 'Margika', an NGO that works for the welfare of children with special needs. She has penned around 50 poems in their coffee table book, 'Mindscapes'. This book is the outcome of a virtual talent show in which special needs children from all over India participated during the pandemic. The book was recently released by the Telangana Governor Tamilisai Soundararajan.
