Arshia Naaz Ahmed Ayub is an experienced counselor with over 20 years of experience, specializing in conflict transformation, peace education, parenting, and couples' relationship enhancement. She has undergone training in psychological counseling and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Arshia is a trustee of the PM Foundation and has partnered with various NGOs to train peacemakers working against domestic violence. She conducts workshops on various topics, including Child Safety and Classroom Management, for different organizations and MNCs.
Arshia has a Masters in Psychotherapy and Psychological Counselling and Post Graduate Diploma in Psychological Counseling Skills (Basic and Advanced) from Essential Medical Services [EMS], Hyderabad. She has also completed a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University College for Women, Koty, Hyderabad, in 1990. Arshia is a certified facilitator for 'STEP'® (Systematic Training in Effective Parenting skills) and 'PAIRS'® (Practical Application of Intimate Relationship Skills), KAYA and SAFESPORT, both from the USA.
She is an Associate Facilitator for the 'Conflict Transformation Program' and 'Culture of Peace' [COP] School Program at Henry Martyn Institute: International Centre for Research, Interfaith Relations, and Reconciliation, Hyderabad. She has been featured in weekly articles in Times of India Newspaper on parenting from 2005 to 2009.
